Who we are
We are community cultural practitioners, wellness facilitators, and tradition bearers who carry knowledge rooted in indigenous ancestral practices. We have learned from elders, family members, community healers, farmers, singers, and drummers who have passed down and shared their teachings through lived practice, ceremony, foodways, storytelling, and collective care.
Our work reflects years of community-based learning and leadership grounded in mind, body , and spirit wellness. We have organized workshops , community circles, cultural gatherings, food and nutrition education, land based activities and space for collective healing and learning.
Our achievements include strengthening intergenerational relationships, preserving cultural practices, creating welcoming spaces for immigrant and indigenous communities, and helping participants reconnect with identity, wellness, and community. Through our leadership , we continue to cultivate opportunities for healing, cultural expression, and belonging.
